I updated from 3.4 to 3.5. Run the update_adult.php file. How to handle errors at this step?

To resolve this issue, you will need to change the duplicate username to a unique one. This can be done either directly through SQL or via the AdminCP. Here are some suggested alternatives for the duplicate username:
- truong2
- truong_new
