Hi to everyone . Anyone can help me to add a code into Discuz! CSS files ? . Exactly... I want to add this code into Discuz! skin

I have tried to add it in css_common.html but it don't work ... ( I have tried to add it into templates/myskin/index.html too but it don't work... ) anyone can help me ?
