moderator delete limit

Hi Discuzthai . Anyone can show me how to put a limit for moderators to have access to delete only 1 thread / post per day ?

I want to limit delete post/thread to 1 per day ... it's a security method to protect my forum .

do you enable the recycle bin ?
when moderator delete the topic it will go to recycle bin

if you want to limit you can to edit file
but not have no one mod this
