Check your host maximum upload from AdminCP's main page.

If there's a room for it, you can set it by edit user group permission.

but it only for upload from 1MB and how to can upload be many more and I want eidt it into 6.6 GB or 20 GB. Who can help me with it Now?

Contact your hosting provider for set the value of upload_max_filesize in php.ini file.

And set the maximum attachment size (in Kb, 1Mb = 1024Kb). Set to 0 for not limit. Refer to the Management Center for check PHP enabled upload size. here: admin.php?action=usergroups&operation=edit&id=10, see the Attachments menu on forum.
